Melanie is a dedicated Deputy Manager at Greenways Care Home, committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. With strong experience in adult social care, they support the smooth running of the home, guide the care team, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents. Known for their approachable leadership and genuine compassion, Melanie works closely with residents, families, and staff to ensure everyone feels supported, respected, and valued.

Emma Boyle is our Customer Relations Manager. Emma is passionate about creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With years of experience in customer support, she focuses on understanding client needs and building trust that lasts. Emma knows that great communication and genuine care are the foundation of strong relationships.

Danielle is a dedicated Nurse Unit Manager responsible for leading and coordinating nursing staff while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within the unit. With strong clinical expertise and leadership skills, Danielle oversees daily operations, supports staff development, and ensures compliance with healthcare standards and policies. They are committed to fostering a compassionate, safe, and patient-centred environment.

Ruth is a skilled Senior Carer with a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for those she supports. They assist with care planning, staff guidance, and ensuring that care services meet professional standards.
